Free Discovery Call + Initial Questionnaire
Before anything else, we get to know each other. You’ll fill out a short questionnaire, then we’ll hop on a no-pressure call to hear more about your work, your needs, and your hopes for the site. It’s our space to align on energy, intentions, and big-picture fit.
Step 2
Strategy Deep Dive
Unearthing Your Digital Blueprint – custom workshop, typically around 4 hours - this is the heart of our discovery process. Together, we map out the full landscape of your brand and website needs, including:
Brand essence — voice, positioning, values, or helping shape them if they don’t exist yet
Audience clarity — who you serve, how you serve them, and how others in your space are showing up
Business goals — from impact metrics to conversion points (we’ll define what success looks like for you)
Tech setup — automation, integrations, AI tools, and systems that lighten your load
Visual direction — mood, tone, and creative reference points

With a clear blueprint in hand, we'll have a good understanding of the project's scope and timeline. Everything will be laid out in your very own easy-to-follow dashboard, so you can peek behind the scenes and see our progress along the way.
As the project moves forward, we hold regular check-ins to keep everything aligned and flowing. You’ll always know where things stand — and have space to offer input at key milestones. Collaboration is baked into the process.

Launching & Blooming
After a few thoughtful check-ins and design sprinkles, your new website will be ready to unfurl into the world!
I make it smooth. Whether you’re flying solo or have a team, we’ll walk you through every part of the system so you feel confident and resourced.
I’ll also make sure you (or your team) feel confident in your new digital home, with included training on any new tech we’ve set up. Think of it as your website welcoming party and tech orientation, all in one.
